Will Swift, originally from just outside Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an accomplished graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. In 1996, he relocated to Los Angeles, California, to pursue a career in the entertainment industry.
Will quickly made a name for himself in television production, rising through the ranks from Writer’s Assistant and Script Coordinator to Associate Producer and Production Manager. His notable projects include The Man Show, Malcolm & Eddie, and The Nanny.
In 2004, Will joined the boutique talent agency Natural Talent, Inc., where he spent six years representing artists in the field of animation. As an agent, he played a key role in supporting clients behind successful projects like Phineas & Ferb, Over the Hedge, and Special Agent OSO.
In 2010, Will founded Arsenal Media LLC, a talent management and production company, focusing on creating and developing intellectual properties across various platforms, including theatrical features, television series, comic books, graphic novels, and video games. He also managed clients, guiding their careers in all areas of entertainment.
Currently, Will serves as the Vice President of Acquisition and Development at IKIGAI, where he leverages his extensive industry experience to identify and develop compelling projects. His expertise in both production and talent management enables him to drive IKIGAI's mission to create thought-provoking and visually arresting content.
